Equipment Description
- The SKLB series swing cooler is mainly used for cooling pellet feed in the feed granulation section, so that pellet feed with a temperature of up to 70 ℃~90 ℃ produced from the granulator can be cooled to a temperature slightly higher than room temperature of 3 ℃~5 ℃, and can be reduced to safe moisture. The cooled pellets not only increase hardness but also prevent mold, making it easy to transport and store pellet feed. Widely used for cooling granular materials after granulation and puffing.
- The swing type flip plate unloading mechanism controlled by a flexible hydraulic transmission system ensures smooth discharge without any arching phenomenon;
- This machine is a cooling equipment developed using the most advanced international cooling technology;
- The cooling system has a unique structure, where the cooling airflow flows relative to the material, gradually cooling the particles in the forward direction;
- Equipped with a rotating material distribution mechanism (optional) to maintain the same level of material layer inside the machine, resulting in a more uniform cooling effect;
- Adopting advanced loading and unloading level control, with a high degree of automation;
- The loose material is evenly distributed, the discharge is soft, and the cooling effect is better.
